Seated stretches

Open Your Shoulders

Just interlacing your fingers behind your back and rolling your shoulders down and back feels amazing and will go a long way to counteract the tendency to hunch over the computer. You can easily take this into a forward bend while staying seated in your chair.
Take a Twist

Come to sit at the front edge of your chair. Cross your right leg over your left. Bring your left hand to the outside of your right thigh and your right hand to the chair behind your back. Twist. Sigh. Repeat on the other side.
Standing Pelvic Tilts
http://glclk.about.com/?zi=8/3MZP
You didn't think you'd get out of this without some pelvic tilts, did you? The standing version is quite office-friendly, all you need is a wall to flatten your back against. Try it the next time you head to the restroom.
